Existing customers can use the Help Ticket System in their www.sclerahosting.com control panel to submit trouble tickets.

Tickets are responded to based on priority, and the average response time is usually less than an hour on all support inquiries.

Hosted Solutions / Hosted Services Customers

Please reference the Service Level or Customer Agreement and contact the Technical Support staff at the number included in your contract.
